Real Estate transactions come in many different shapes and sizes. Purchase and Refinance transactions for are used to handle residential, commercial, industrial and land type transactions. Title | Pipe™ was designed to handle all types of real estate transactions including residential, commercial, industrial, land, 1031 Exchange, For Sale By Owner (FSBO), Re-Finance, Cash Purchase and Purchase with loans.
The specific type of transaction - and any unique elements are defined in the Transaction Details in Title | Pipe™. To view/verify the transaction details for your transaction please follow the instructions below:
- Log into Title | Pipe™ and select the appropriate transaction
- On the right-side panel, select the "Details" tab
- The transaction details will be provided shown
- If you need to edit a transaction detail, select the
icon and you can edit the fields available to you. - Note that certain transaction details can be modified only by the Escrow Officer/Settlement Agent and their assistants. If there is a field that you wish to edit but you are unable to, you can request the edit by submitting a task to them. For details on creating a task, click here.
