Superior Roles - Admin, Branch Manager, Broker and Title Manager

Title | Pipe has four "Superior" roles that allows organizations to designate specific individuals to oversee staff, manage company and branch details, define funding instructions and view transactions that their staff are participating in.  

There are four superior roles and they are defined below:

  • Title Manager - this superior role is designed for Title and Escrow leaders that that oversee Settlement professionals.  The Title Manager role does require the approval of a Branch Manager or a Company Admin.  Title Managers have view permissions to all transactions at the branch or branches they are assigned to.  

  • Real Estate Broker - this superior role is designed for the Designated Broker at a real estate brokerage.  The Real Estate Broker role does require the approval of a Branch Manager or a Company Admin.  Real Estate Brokers have view permissions to all transactions at the branch or branches they are assigned to.  

  • Branch Manager - this superior role is designed for the user(s) that oversee specific offices (branches) at a given Company.  Branch Managers can invite/remove staff from their branches, approve Broker or Title Manager requests, edit Branch details and SET FUNDING INSRUCTIONS for the branch.  Only the Branch Manager or Company Admin can manage Branch funding preferences. 

  • Company Admin - this superior role is designed for the user (s) that oversee the Company.  This role can edit/manage company information, branch information, manage all users in in a company, approve/remove/disable users associated with their Company.  Only Company Admins can add/remove or approve other users into the Company Admin role.
