Title Pipe enable structured secure chat messaging within each transaction that you participate in and the process for leveraging this feature is described below.
Access the transaction and go to the Tasks menu:
From the Task Menu, select Create Task >>Create Custom Task
Add the Task Information - we recommend using a task title the define who is participating in the chat and setting the due date for on or after your estimated closing date. 
Using the Assign Task feature, add the task assignee. Additional chat participants can be added by adding Task Viewers.

You can now message the task participants securely from within Title Pipe. Task participants will received notifications according to their preference when new comments are made.
