Real Estate Brokerages are often comprised of teams or groups that operate within an existing real estate brokerage but have branding, members and processes that are specific to their team. Title | Pipe enables teams to be formed as their own branch. This allows the team to exist under the Company in Title | Pipe, but as their own Branch - and can then set up their team specific branding, members and funding details.
The process for doing this is detailed below. Please note that there are two scenarios listed below and instructions are provided for each.
Scenario #1 - When setting up a Team Branch with a New Title | Pipe user, please follow the steps below:
- The existing Branch Manager will create the new "Team" Branch from the My Company page
- Select "Add a Branch"
- Select "Invite Branch Manager"
- Input Branch Details (required fields only)
- Add the email for the "Team Branch" branch manager
- Select "Save Branch Profile"
- An invite will be sent to the invited Team Branch, branch manager. This user can update/modify the team branch details as appropriate - as well as invite the remaining members of the team to the new team branch. *
*Important Note - if any of the team branch users are already associated with a branch, these users will need to be removed from their existing branch before they can be invited to their new branch.
Scenario #2 - When setting up a Team Branch with a Existing Title | Pipe user, please follow the steps below:
