For Sale by Owner (FSBO) transactions are handled in Title I Pipe™ just like other real estate transactions, except the buyers agent, sellers agent or both are simply not invited to the transaction. If there is no agent associated with either (or both) sides of the transaction then leave the invite blank for this role. The primary buyer and/or primary seller will serve as the point contact for that side of the transaction. The Escrow Officer/Settlement Agent will engaged these parties directly regarding any specific elements of the transaction that require their attention.
