Title | Pipe™ uses a number of icons to help quickly and efficiently provide important details about a transaction. The icons are pretty self-explanatory but we have provided a quick glossary of these icons as an additional reference.
The icons are a quick visual reference to indicate important elements regarding your transaction including Transaction Type, Accommodations and Alerts. More specifically the icons are:
-- Alert - this icon will appear in your transaction list (My Transactions) and indicates that an update or task has been made to your transaction that requires your attention. 
-- Home Warranty - this icon will show if the buyer has requested a home warranty associated with their transaction.
-- Power of Attorney - This icon will show if the buyer and/or seller will be signing with Power of Attorney. The "B" and/or "S" will be added to the icon to note if the accommodation applies to buyer, seller or both. 
-- Remote Singing - This icon will show if the buyer and/or seller will be signing remotely. The "B" and/or "S" will be added to the icon to note if the accommodation applies to buyer, seller or both. 
-- 1031 Exchange - This icon will show if the buyer and/or seller will using this transaction as part of a 1031 Exchange. The "B" and/or "S" will be added to the icon to note if the accommodation applies to buyer, seller or both. 
-- Loan Purchase - This icon will show if the transaction is a real estate purchase transaction. 
-- Refinance - This icon will show if the transaction is a real estate refinance transaction.
-- Cash Purchase - This icon will show if the transaction is a cash real estate transaction (does not involve a mortgage loan).
